This can help increase the efficiency of your HVAC equipment, as well as combat larger repair costs, by identifying performance issues earlier and possibly preventing a breakdown. When our software indicates that you may have an issue with your HVAC system, we’ll send you an alert via email or text message and then walk you through the ways to identify and fix any problems.
What is my commitment?
This is a 24-month agreement that will renew automatically.
Who do I call if I have a problem with my thermostat?
If you have any problems with your ecobee thermostat, simply call us at (800) 505-SAVE (7283) and we’ll help you uncover the cause of the issue and how to best resolve it. If necessary, we will repair or replace any defective thermostat at no cost to you, as long as you remain a customer in the plan.
When will I receive my thermostat?
You will receive your thermostat approximately five days after you are enrolled in the program – approximately seven to ten days after you submit your enrollment. Once you receive your thermostat, simply call us at (800) 505-SAVE (7283) to arrange a convenient time for installation.
How long will the thermostat installation take?
The installation should take approximately 90 minutes. Before the technician arrives, you should have your Wi-Fi turned on and your Wi-Fi password on hand.
